The lady was very understanding and sympathetic with my dilemma
The lady was very understanding and sympathetic with my dilemma. She was kind and even cracked a joke to make me feel at ease. She spoke about my family as well as hers. Without thinking twice came up with a solution that could accommodate me. Friendliness a definite 10/10
