The lady was more than accomodating
The lady was more than accomodating. She understood my situation with empathy and not judgement. I did not feel that I was being manipulated into anything, instead I felt like my situation was measured against the fact that I am a client for 11 years and that I am valeud. It felt like she went out of her way to help me.
