The lady was absolutely very kind and understanding. She put my problems first and made a plan for me. Not only they but she made sure that I keep my account with Platinum Life by adjusting my payment to suit my budget.She has an amazing personality that calms you down...I really felt her concern and she made me a priority.....Wow.....I will never forget the how she treated me...Absolutely like a VIP🤗
