The lady it was ms K...
The lady it was ms Kathleen who did assist me with my policy was very friendly and helpfull...i wanted to make my monthly payments lower due to other financial probs...she assisted and guided me through the policy options i had. All platinum staff are really helpfull whenever i did call allways.
