The lady I spoke to yesterday is very friendly and has a warm personality she understood me. And did a great job at changing my mind and showed me that I can pay a lesser premium and still be covered and also pointed out my perks with my platinum cover. I had an amazing experience chatting with her👍🏻👍🏻
