The lady I have dealt with and all the staff are so friendly and professional. They are very compassionate and caring and you can feel through the phone their smile and empathy they portray. This is a company I love dealing with and will remain with you due to the great customer service and cover you provide. I would like to say thank you to Platinum Life for understanding that people go through personal things in life and it feels good knowing you have people that understand and lighten your spirits.
