The just reply on mail and still no one called
The just reply on mail and still no one called. They don't read the mail properly and when they reply back on mail it is like they did not ever read. I asked them to downgrade my premium and make it a fixed rate coz I am not sure how long I will be in the financial issue then the reply back with a small drop but it will be back on normal rate in 3 months and with 10% increase.
