The customer service agent I dealt with Chrysanthea Pillay is lovely and helpful
The customer service agent I dealt with Chrysanthea Pillay is lovely and helpful. However the sales team called me for an upgrade last week I spoke to a Karabo I said no thank you yet they continue to contact me and harass my next of kin when I don’t answer my calls so it’s very unfair. The sales call was recorded and my no thank you should be noted on the system, that I am not interested in a policy upgrade at this time.
