The courtesy call was extremely pleasant and easy to present my needs
The courtesy call was extremely pleasant and easy to present my needs. The caller was very attentive and did not try to put me in a worse position than I was already in. I don't usually enjoy taking calls from platinum life but this one with Zinnley was very pleasant.
