The 2 consultants who have called me lately are young men who begin the conversation brashly by mentioning their first name only and do not initially state where they are from or in what connection they are calling, merely asking How are you? so one's response is Who are you? They then continue to repeat How are you? until one replies to that and then proceed with the details they should have begun with. I found this rude, intrusive and disrespectful as a senior citizen. I would actually rate them without a single star.
