During lockdown I wanted to cancel my female cancer policy, Ondela contacted and explained to me other option I could consider instead of canceling the policy, it was either I pause the policy or lower my premiums, I asked her many questions over and over until I understood all available options was given time to think and make my decision, thanks Ondela I'm still covered by platinum life.
