I wanted to say A Big THANK YOU to everyone @ Platinum Life I am in total awe of how my claim was handled. This has really been a super bright ray of sunshine through this entire ordeal. From day 1, speaking to Tatum & always being notified either by SMS/Email on the progress of my claim. I also sincerely appreciated the call I received from Landi. It is very heart warming to me that you do not just notify your clients by email & go the extra mile to add your personal call. This is definitely the best service I have ever received from any institution & I would recommend every person I know to take out a policy with Plaitinum Life. The spoils and calls I get from Leandi Schoonees even long after my claim has been settled is something I really treasure & sincerely appreciate.
