Thank you very much for the feedback received. When one takes on a policy like this, there is always a bit of doubt whether it has value to do that. I am, however, extremely satisfied and impressed how my claim has been received and dealt with. It is especially the professional way in which my claim was managed that is very satisfying. Also, the way I received regular feedback on the process that shows me the people at Platinum Life is committed to making the life of their policy holder a much better place.
