so far bless me I havent had need to claim. Due to Covid I could not afford the high premiums so I needed to cancel(against my wishes seeing as my family has had or died due to cancer. but Tracy helped me so much and understood that times has just gotten to a point that its hard to make ends meet. she assisted me not to loose my cover and having lower premiums. that woman is an awesome lady.
