Terrible
Terrible. After many years of having a policy with them, I closed my account yesterday. Only to find out they even had no less than 16 backup mandates to withdraw money from my account from another institution under another name. I find this despicable!

I can confirm that we received your email request to place your policy on hold for two months. This was actioned as requested, and your next premium was scheduled for April.
Please note that, at the time we received your request, the January debit order had already been submitted to the bank. For this reason, the consultant did advise that we would unfortunately not be able to stop the debit from processing.
In addition, I can confirm that only one mandate was active on our system for you, which was accepted in April 2025 when your premium was reduced. Although five other mandate requests were sent previously, only one mandate can be active at any given time.
Please advise how you would like to proceed with your policy, and we will gladly assist you further.
