Telephonic client services
I requested a call back via email w.r.t lowering my monthly premiums. As I am working night duty, I don't have access to a landline in order to contact consultants during the day. I normally use to call from work on day duty. It has been 3 days and none of the consultants have contacted me back. This is the 2nd time I've encountered this issue. It's very difficult & costly to contact from a cellphone because you have to go through multiple voice prompts and by the time the phone gets answered, your airtime is finished.
