Taken up policy but no documents
Begin December I was contacted about life insurance.I took it up because the person said I can cancel within 30 days.<br> I was promised the documents will be mailed to me.Then email'd.I am still waiting for the email and my 1st payment is almost due but I have no idea what the terms and conditions are.I therefore request the documents to be sent to me within the next 24hours.<br>

I apologize for the inconvenience caused as the sales consultant should have advised the documents will need to be couriered to you and not e-mailed. After investigating your concern our logistics department had confirmed there was a discrepancy with the postal code and hence there had been a delay in the delivery.
Your cancellation request was received on the 19/01/2016 and as confirmed with our courier, your policy document has now been delivered. Lizelle, from policy admin will be in contact with you regarding the various options on your policy.
