Stuck sadly with this for life?

In 2018 I could no longer afford the polocy rate. I requested to cancel my policy. In an attempt to keep me as a client I was offered a fixed rate of R99 for life. (It obviously affects pay outs etc) but R99 was a rate I could afford FOR LIFE

To my disgust shock less than a year later I noticed they have again WITHOUT MY PERMISSION changed my "fixed R99 rate" to R445 per month

We are in 2021 and I am STILL batteling to get them to cancel this policy! They have already taken (because I did not agree to R445 per month) so much from me!

I have requested them to contact me so that this can be resolved and all response I receive is "feel free to contact us"

Thats why they call themselves platinum life. If you buy this you are stuck with their bad responses and *****ulant deductions FOR LIFE!
