Struggle with platinum life for payout
Good day my name is Wilma De Jager and I am a loyal client of the abovementioned company for the past 7 and a half year. Last week i was diagnosed with cancer and was in contact with them today but there response is the can't pay me because the cancer does not fall under the women cancers. I dont know what to do because i pay them for the last 7and 1/2 years. Kind regards Wilma De Jager

I have received your review and I am sorry to read about your recent diagnosis,
At Platinum Life, we only specialize in 8 female cancers: Cervix, Breast, Fallopian Tubes, Ovaries, Bladder, Kidneys, Uterus, ******. Unlike a dreaded disease benefit, we unfortunately do not provide cover for all cancers.
I have requested the calls made to you when the policy was taken out to follow up on what was discussed and explained by the consultant. As soon as I have received them, I will gladly send it through via email with further feedback.
Please let me know if there is anything I can assist with while I am following up further

Kindly note that in the call, the consultant did advise on the 8 female cancers we cover (ovaries, cervix, breast cancer, fallopian tubes, kidneys, bladder, ****** and uterus) on our policies. If you have been diagnosed with any of the above (malignant and invasive), you will be fully covered under your Platinum Life policy.
