Stop calling and sms me
I received a call from one of your people trying again for the 100th time to sell your cancer policy. I told him as I did with all the previous phone calls to stop bugging me and I am not interested. I told him I got financial problems and can not afford it and stop phoning me and take my details of your system. On the 6th of March, a few days after this call the same guy phone me again just to see if I changed my mind and if I am not interested in the policy. I totally lost it. I screamed and swear at him like a maniac. How much of this must I take?? I received now another sms from you saying I will receive a phone call from one of your agents tomorrow for a gift!! What de heck!! Do you not care or are you straight out stupid!!! If I receive one more phone call or sms from Platinum Life, I will go open a case at the police station for harassment. I had enough!!!

I would like to apologize for the experience that you have had recently with our sales department. Our consultants are trained to do objection handling during a call, but if you advised multiple times that you are not interested, it should have been handled accordingly.
