Standard Bank charged me for my DO for Platinum Life that didn't went through for August

Standard Bank charged me for my DO for Platinum Life that didn't went through for August. That upsets me and I phone Platinum Life to find out what the situation is. I talked to Lauren Davis, a friendly lady who served me in my own language and answered me within 3 minutes assuring me that the DO went through and everything was fine. So thankfull for professional service received. We need more of them in SA.
