Some you win, some you lose!
Was Referred to buy my Wife - Lady contacted me for men's cancer policy etc. Explained everything like a Champ - But when I asked to be called back tomorrow, her WHOLE attitude changed towards me and was half rude.
I myself is in sales - and whether I do a deal or not, my attitude never changes regarding what the client decides to do.
