So platiumlife said 10 working days
So platiumlife said 10 working days. And that will received on 15 September. And still nothing. Just wonder what will the next story be for not in my acc.

Kindly note that the refund was paid on the 15th of September as advised. As we are paying from a Standard Bank account, it can take up to 48 hours for the money to reflect. Mr Kieser is welcome to contact our team for any further assistance on his policy
