So I resigned at work last year October 2024 and the lovely lady who assisted me when I called in to ask how long it would take for me to receive my claim told me that you guys have alot of people still waiting but she s gonna help me as fast as she can then in December she called me again to tell me that I'm getting my claim in January due to the office that's closed during season time I understood that and January when I got my claim I was super amazed with the fast process so I just wanna say thank you to the lady who assisted me I can't remember her name
