So difficult to cancel
Once you have this policy you are not able to get rid of them or able to cancel your policy

I have received your complaint and would like to assist. I have not been able to reach you telephonically to discuss this matter.
Kindly note that a cancellation can be logged on your Platinum Life policy at any time. A consultant from our cancellation team will give you a call to confirm cancellation, but also offer alternatives if needed. You are under no obligation to take the lowered option, but we do need to ensure that our policy holders are fully informed so that they can make a decision accordingly.
You are more than welcome to send an email to *** or give our Client Care team a call if you need assistance with cancellation. We will gladly assist
