So Called Free Gift ****!!!!

I received several calls in June from Platinum Life, where they were offering me a free gift, which I kept declining, till eventually I got fed up with their constant calls every week, and said okay they can send the gift.

They said I needed to cancel before the three months elapsed. After I said to them that I do not want the policy. I received the gift and documents at the beginning of July, I told them on the 9th July that I said I didn't want the policy and not to debit my account. This morning I woke up to find that Platinum Life debited my account.

I contacted my bank to inform them to reverse the debit and stop all debits from Platinum Life.

Whatever you do, NEVER accept a supposed FREE gift from Platinum Life, it is not free, they don't adhere to what their so-called sales agents say with regards to cancelling prior to the 3 free months of the policy. I got bul**** into accepting this gift.

Best you block me from your calling list, I refuse to do business with a ******** company.
