Since when does Platinum life consultants victimize woman?
My wife was a member with Platinum Life. We moved over to our own insurance and cancelled the membership. It wasn't easy but eventually got it cancelled. She get's calls every so often to rejoin but we happy with our current insurance. Today se was contacted again by a male consultant and offered her all the nice bells and whistles of the insurance. My wife the lovely person she is, said no and eventually to let the call come to a end she said she will read through it come back to them. Suddenly the friendly consultant became demanding friendly and said it doesn't work like that and if they don't hear anything back in 31 days the policy will take effect. I am furious! Please get in contact with me Platinum Life as soon as possible because I need to yell at someone! Take my wife contact details off your system and cancel this BS she's been reeled in again! No means no!

The problem needs to be addressed. Please investigate and listen to the recording. Obviously the strategy for marketing is a certain recipe to success. I requested my wife to answer all calls because it might be a emergency. 99% of the time its not but it still good to answer and politely turn down the offer. Once its been turned down the marketing should stop. If someone needs to continue with the sales pitch they need to understand that they are walking a fine line between succeeding and being a bully.
