Since I joined them I never had any unpleasant experience. People who've assisted me have always been patient and did exactly what we discussed over the phone, for an example I to downgrade twice because of my current financial affordability they recorded exactly what I wanted. Some company's will try and twist your words just for them to benefit and I had never felt that with platinum life. That says a lot about the people who engaged me.
