Since day one
Since day one. Platinum staff was very friendly. Very informative. Patient can I say more. The reason why I took the Policy was. A Family member of mine had a Policy. They assisted her till the very end. Unfortunately she passed on. Her life with Platinum was positive. Will recommend Platinum to Men also. I'm still happy.
