Shauna called me back with regards to cancelling my policy
Shauna called me back with regards to cancelling my policy. She was very understanding on why I wanted to cancel. I landed up not cancelling after all, but rather with a policy that I could afford and on terms that suited me better. I wish more people can be that understanding. Shauna is wonderful!
