Shandri was kind, caring and patient
Shandri was kind, caring and patient. She went out of her way to speed up the payout process when bills where too much. 7 days after submitting my claim it was approved. Thank you to Plantinum life team for making it possible to get the best cancer testing in America. Without this policy it would not have been possible. I recommend Platinum life a 100 times over.
