Service excellence
I wanted to cancel my policy and a consultant by the name of Rose called me. We had a chat and she was so gentle and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and because of this gentle soul, I have decided to keep the policy as is. Rose is truly a people's person. An asset to platinum life.
