****s of Agents with **** promises
On the 7th of December last year a received a call from a platinum representative who requested my details. They asked me for my address, email and contact details.
My friend had referred them to me. They promised me a Christmas gift in the form of a perfume. They promised to deliver that withing 2 days. On the 20th of march 2018 they send me a message that they promised to give me free accidental disability cover and free cancer cover. How can i trust such ****** who couldn't even deliver a promised Christmas gift, now they don't even talk about it?

I listened to the call made to you in December (which I can forward to you), and at no point did the consultant promise you any specific gift nor that it is a Christmas gift. The consultant confirmed at the end of the call that our promotional gifts take 6-8 weeks to deliver.
