**** !!! Platinum Life = **** !!!

Hi Thanks for the free gifts, it was nice! But you promised insurance totally misleading and cant be delivered in real life It easier to win Power ball than get qualify to benefits in your policy And where is 50k free accidental insurance like promised I had violent accident in the first 6 month of policy, spend days in ICU, hospital, in bed for weeks Unlikely for me i didn't lost eye, 4 fingers, ear. The rest is not covered by policy they said But on documents I received before sign it was different story It's straight out of the box ****!!!, social marketing on selling **** information to clients Please somebody report them to Financial Board and ombudsman and if you want to get your money back you have to wait 20 years, I will see how long it will take to cancel Regards Alex

 Dear Alexander,  Thank you so much for taking my call. As discussed, kindly note that our policies are strictly risk cover and will only pay out when anything violent, unforeseen and external leads to a permanent disability. This policy unfortunately does not cover occupational or temporary disability. This would also be explained in your policy documentation.  I have requested the calls that were made to you regarding the cover, to follow up that the correct descriptions were provided and that all the necessary closure were done.
