Christiaan Nortje called me early in December told me they will send documents to me so I can go through them and there after make up my mind. I NEVER received any documentation from Platinum, I tried calling the nr back that they called me on only to get a voice message stating this number does not exist. I then left a Google review, no one contacted me back or even responded to my review. The 18-01-2023 I get a email stating welcome to platinum life policy document. I emailed them back stating I NEVER had the chance to agree or disagree as I DID NOT receive ANY documents in the first place. I was told I must pay them because they need a month's cancelation notice. I repeatedly asked Christiaan if this binds me in any form, he continued to state several times no you have 30 days once you received the documents to decide. NEVER RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTATION FROM CHRISTAAN OR PLATINUM LIFE. THIS IS HOW THE **** PEOPLE SO I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

As discussed, please note that the documentation was sent out in January to ensure that you enjoy the full 30 day review period before your policy starts. Within the 30 day review period, you have time to go through the document and if we don't hear from you, the policy will start on the date discussed. I apologize if the consultant did not provide the proper information and I have requested the call to follow up
Kindly note that there is no cancellation fee or notice period on our policies. Your cancellation has been logged with immediate effect and a consultant will be in touch within the week to confirm.
