Satisfaction!

I was called by Dimpho on Friday 17th December 2021 in order to discuss my policy issue. I truly was very impressed in the manner she handled the situation. She went to great lengths. To explained to me the importance of maintaining my policy even at such challenging times and the fluctuations of cost. She was extremely detailed and at the end she actually convince me of such! What was of importance to me in the whole discussion, her empathy and compassion. A must say....i understand Platinum Life is a business like any other and most of the times it is all about the financial side of the business, but this Lady promoted Platinum Life in humane way! A way forward with professionalism, empathy and compassion. A way for the Company to maintain its dignaty and its Integrity and at the same time for the client to have that feeling... its not all just about the financial side but also about the wellbeing of their clients.
