Rude consultant Busi

I just received a call from a lady by the name of Busi I told her I cannot speak she asked me can she call me later i said no she asked when she can call back i said i won't have time she asked me in a very rude manner dont i get breaks and lunch, she cannot ask me that never i said i won't she said i must not be rude which part is rude if i cannot speak and dont want to speak , that is harrassment she can not tell me that, she called me today like 5 minutes back I am sure if their calls are recorded her Management can pick up the call , i am at work like she can not force me to speak and i know i will not have time to chat reason i do not want to receive calls , I have rights too I am a human, she was so rude
