Roxy De Jager... That's my experience... She went above and beyond her call of duty, she was very supportive and sympathetic towards my current situation. I did not want to lose the cover for my family, but was literally backed against the wall. She adjusted my policy to suit my pocket, so my family can still be covered. Thank you Roxy De Jager from the bottom of my Heart.... This comes from the Abrahams family.
