Roxanne at Platinum Life

I received a call from Platinum Life to upgrade my policy. I agreed and when I received my updated policy, I realised I didn't hear the correct amount. I send an email and got a call from Roxanne at Platinum LIfe. I explained that the situation and requested the upgrade to be cancelled. Roxanne did as I ask and suggested another option, which I gladly accepted. What a pleasant lady to speak to. Helpful, friendly and going out of her way to assist. What an asset for Platinum Life to have a lady like Roxanne presenting them. A big shout out and thank you to Roxanne for being patient and assisting me.
