Rose from Platinum life was a star. I felt very uncomfortable having to explain my financial need and reason as to why i wanted to close my policy. I just couldn't afford my premiums at the time. I was financially crippled and wanted to close my policy. Rose gave me all options available to relief that period and encouraged me not to close it because i've been a client for over 10 years. I was very impressed with her grace and empathy for me and it really set my embarressment aside. She gave me hope and showed me humanity and for that i was truly gratefull.
