I would like to say Thank You yo Rose....even though I was ready to cancel the policy she made me understand and explained the reasons why it would be beneficial to me and my family......I am thankful and grateful for her patience and respectful nature .....keep up the amazing work and thank you for making me feel present in the conversation and not just another number.....
