Review of request to cancel Premium.
The lady that called to cancel did listen, however she did not fully understand that if me request to cancel is due to Financial reason, just reducing does not help. If no salary is received , even the reduced premium will bounce and cause lapses and bad record. Cashback reward in 10 to 15 years does not help me now. She was very helpful. But no income means no premium payment. Getting cancer while not getting stable income is the fact of life. Then you also on at the same week get someone also calling form Platinum life asking you for Cell number of friends and family. Which is against the POPIA act. PUSHING and PUSHING.
