Refuses to stop calling, constant irritation of rude consultants because someone gave them my number

Platinum Life will not stop calling me, it's extremely irritating. The last rude consultant that called me from one of their numbers a moment ago ***) actually acted as if I am wasting his time not answering his questions because a ***** I used to work with gave them my info for referral or something. Now that they have my number that someone else gave me they call constantly. Not even as any professional undertaking, just hanging up if I don't want to give them info or getting rude if I don't want to answer them, no matter how many times I asked them to stop calling.
