Refund
Ok so I got a reply which said that they would pay back the 2 months that you took from my account but I am still waiting , I thought it was to true to be true you are very quick to take money from people but we must wait for ages to get MY MONEY BACK.
I am waiting no more I will give you until tomorrow latest lunch time to refund me or I will take this further

Thank you for your feedback.
I have followed up on your refund as promised, and as per our previous conversation, we have refunded the March premium into your account on the 9th of May 2018. The April premium was also submitted for refund, but we had to wait to receive confirmation from the bank that the premium was collected successfully.
The refund will be paid today and will reflect in your account within the next 48 hours. I do apologize for the delay, but this is unfortunately standard procedure.
