Received a call from one of the agents from Platinum Life by the name of Zintle who's service actually lived up to the meaning of her name
Received a call from one of the agents from Platinum Life by the name of Zintle who's service actually lived up to the meaning of her name. Although I was still upset and disappointed with the company's disservice, her patience and customer service convinced me to remain a client with them. She listen to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. If only I had spoken to her prior my complaint then all the hassle would have been avoided but I'm happy to have been assisted by her in the end. Thank you Zintle!
