Pushy Service
Phone call on 27/02/2015 about increasing cover. Charl launched into his s**** & I had to say his name 3 times to get his attention to explain that I do not want to increase my cover, I politely explained my situation to which he still tried to push the service onto me. I get he is trying to sell something but when a person says no, with a valid reason, it should be respected. I am now thinking canceling my policy.
