Pushy condescending call centers

I have once even been a client, was basically forced into taking out a policy as after a quick chat the guy on the other end was waiting on my bank account details to start a debit order!! but when I cancelled, the girl on the other side was just plain rude and condescending. Now they're phoning again as my account is frozen but I corrected her that it is CANCELLED. again she was condescending (different girl) about my decision. If this is your way of teaching the call centers to treat the public and the way you \market"your business I would be VERY worried! I will not be having one nice thing to say about your company in future all because of pushy"
