Promotional gift

I got a call from platinum life today and they said someone nominated me for a free gift. At first I thought that it was legit. I did not want to accept it at first and I said 'no' but I didn't want to seem rude so I eventually decided to take the free gift BUT I actually do not want the gift or any other links to platinum life. So, please do not send it. I am also not comfortable with you having my details and I want to be placed on the no contact list. I would also like you to retract my details/information from your database/system.

Please resolve this issue ASAP. Thank You
