Promised Gift Not delivered
I was called almost 2 months ago, being promised they will send me a promotional gift and delivery will take up to 6 weeks, this is almost 7 weeks now and still no gift! Not even a response on my emails.

I have followed up regarding the delivery of your promotional gift pack with the relevant department and due to a backlog, there has been a delay in the delivery of your promotional gift pack.
It is however still on the way and should reach you within the next two weeks.
