Products promised never delivered

I have a few friends that are clients by platinum life. Over a year an half I have been contacted by Platinum Life woman cancer cover. That fout of my frienda gave my name up by this company and I am getting a free gift from platinum life. This has happened four times liks I said. Untill this date I have not received any of the gifts promised to me. I have contacted this company over and over I have sent emails to them the last one was on the 16th of August 2017. The reply with the same email every time they received my complaint and will come back to me within 72 hours and thats where it stayes. What I wouls like to know and you may say its just a gift but to how many other people so they do this and claim they sending the gifts to. Where are these gifts going to as I look many othets just never get them
